Overview
The HUUM CLIFF Mini electric sauna heater brings real stone mass to a small sauna. Its narrow column holds about 60 kg of 3–5 cm stones, far more than a typical small heater, so you can ladle water and get a proper, lasting steam instead of a quick hiss. The rugged stone face gives even a tiny room a strong focal point.
HUUM rates it for 3–5 m³ (106–177 cu ft), which suits one- and two-person saunas, indoor kits and compact barrels. It's only 16 cm deep and 27 cm wide (6.3 × 10.6 in), stands 97.5 cm tall and is held to the wall with its own bracket, so it keeps floor space free for benches.
The CLIFF Mini runs with a HUUM UKU control, Local or Wi-Fi, sold separately. At 3.5 kW it draws about 15 A at 240 V, and HUUM's manual calls for a 20 A double-pole breaker with 12 AWG copper. That load is often easier to add to a home panel than a larger heater.

Wiring and permits
Electric sauna heaters are hard-wired to a dedicated breaker sized in the manual. Have a licensed electrician do the work and get the permit or inspection your province requires. In Ontario that means a Licensed Electrical Contractor, or you in your own home after filing an ESA notification; ask for the ESA Certificate of Acceptance, as your insurer may want it.
HUUM heaters work only with HUUM controls. The builder above lists the right one for each size; here is every control rated for this heater.
Manuals and spec sheets from HUUM.
Documents are hosted by HUUM and can change without notice; your electrician or installer works from the manual that ships with the product. Need a document in another format? Ask us.

HUUM rates it for 3–5 m³ (106–177 cu ft). A 4 × 5 ft room with a 7 ft ceiling is 140 cu ft, for example. Glass walls add to the volume you need to heat, so check with us if yours has a glass front.
A dedicated 240 V circuit with a 20 A double-pole breaker and 12 AWG copper, per HUUM's US manual, plus the UKU control's wiring.
No. HUUM heaters work only with HUUM's UKU controls; each brand calibrates its temperature sensor differently and uses different wiring.
