About Lakeshore Sauna Supply

How we work

You pay after you approve. You send an order request with no payment. We confirm stock, shipping and your full total on a written invoice, and you pay only once you’ve approved it, by Interac e-Transfer or credit card. How ordering works shows each step.

Sized by the manufacturer’s numbers. We check your heater against its maker’s published room range, and your control and contactor box against the maker’s manuals, before we invoice you.

Everything the heater needs, up front. If your heater needs a separate control, a contactor box or a certain amount of stones, we’ll tell you before you pay, not after it arrives.

Plain answers about the rules. Our electrical checklist and site prep guide explain electrical notifications, building permits and WETT inspections, using Ontario’s rules as the example and linking to the official sources.

Prices you can check. Prices are in Canadian dollars, before tax. Our outdoor sauna starting prices are based on a September 2026 survey of Ontario sellers’ published prices, and our price guide shows how we worked them out.

One contact for warranty claims. If a heater needs warranty service, you come to us. We deal with the manufacturer for you, and our outdoor saunas carry our own 2-year limited warranty. See our warranty page.

Shipping across Canada

Heaters, controls, stones and accessories ship anywhere in Canada from our Ontario warehouse. Shipping is quoted on your invoice for your address and the size and weight of your order, so you see the full cost before you pay. Outdoor saunas are delivered and assembled at a price quoted to your address. Shipping and delivery has the details.
