Your sauna is built and delivered in 4–6 weeks from your deposit. The balance is due before delivery.

Outdoor sauna questions
What’s included in the starting price?
The sauna in the size you choose, with its heater, electric or wood-burning. Sauna stones and a bucket and ladle are included too. Delivery and assembly are quoted to your address, anywhere in Canada, and the tax for your province is added on your invoice.
Do the photos show exactly what I’ll get?
No. Each style shows an illustrative image of one size, and it may show optional upgrades. The final build and finishes may differ, so your written quote lists exactly what’s included before you pay.
Which outdoor sauna style should I choose?
It comes down to seating, space, looks and budget. Barrels, Lunas and cabins have the lowest starting prices; Lunas, cubes and A-frames have big glass fronts; barrels, cabins and A-frames shed snow best. Our style guide compares all five.
How long does it take to get an outdoor sauna?
Lead time is 4–6 weeks from your deposit. A 40% deposit starts production, and the balance is due before delivery.
Do I need a permit for a backyard sauna?
It depends on where you live. In Ontario, the Building Code Act requires a permit for a structure over 10 m² (about 107 sq ft), or any structure with plumbing, and every standard size listed here is under 10 m². Zoning setbacks and height limits apply either way, a wood stove may need its own permit, and other provinces set their own rules. Our site prep guide covers the details.
What warranty comes with an outdoor sauna?
Every sauna has a 2-year limited warranty on the structure. It covers defects in materials and workmanship of the sauna structure, for the original purchaser at the original site, under normal residential use. The heater is covered by its manufacturer’s warranty, and we handle that claim for you. See our warranty page for the full terms.
Do I pay anything to get a quote?
No. A quote request is free and doesn’t commit you to buy. You pay nothing until you approve a written quote, and then a deposit starts production. The deposit is 40% of the total. It’s refundable until production starts, and the balance is due before delivery.

Anywhere in Canada. Delivery and assembly are quoted to your address, and we confirm the base, delivery method and access your model needs with your quote.
