Overview

Details

This is HUUM's 3.5 kW element for HIVE electric heaters. HIVE heaters combine several elements, and the rating used in each depends on the heater's size, so the safest way to order is to read the kW rating on the element you're replacing. If you aren't sure, send us your heater model and a photo of the old element's label, and we'll confirm the part before we invoice. HUUM designs its elements to be replaced when they fail.

Fit: For HUUM HIVE electric heaters; match the kW rating stamped on your old element.

Questions

Is a heating element covered by HUUM's warranty?

No. HUUM's 3-year private-use warranty excludes heating elements, stones and sensors, so elements are bought as replacement parts.

Can I replace an element myself?

The heater is hard-wired, so treat it as electrical work: turn off power at the breaker and have a licensed electrician do the swap, or check the job with one first.
